A Simple Trick to Recover Faster From a Running Injury

Recover faster with this one easy trick and get back to running sooner. You can trick your mind into believing you are already healed and your body will follow what your mind believes.

Our mind is much more powerful than we give it credit for! And when we combine positive thoughts with heartfelt emotion, there is no limit to what we can do!

This really works!

Each morning take a few minutes and give thanks that you are already healed, but don't just say it. Close your eyes and fully feel the gratitude in your heart and believe that it is true with your whole body. Begin to act like you are already healed. For example, feel happy knowing that you will soon be running again and in your mind, see yourself running again without pain. Don't let any thoughts of doubt enter your mind. If they do, replace them with this thought whenever they arise, "Thank you that I am healed."

Gregg Braden, author of The Spontaneous Healing of Belief demonstrates in this video how using this concept healed a  patient with a cancer tumor in just 3 minutes. Doctors combined strong positive emotions felt in the heart with the belief that healing has already happened. Amazing!

When you give thanks that you are already healed, you are duplicating this concept by using heartfelt gratitude with an unrelenting belief that healing has already taken place. Developing an attitude of gratitude can truly change your life!

"Gratitude bestows reverence, allowing us to encounter
everyday epiphanies, those transcendent moments of awe
that change forever how we experience life and the world."
- John Milton

If you have a running injury, use this technique for at least two weeks and you will see an amazing and quick improvement in your condition. You may even be back running by then depending on the severity of your injury. Have faith in your own abilities and trust the process.

So what do you think? Do you think we can use our minds to help our bodies to heal? Have you had an experience where you believed you helped to heal yourself sooner?
