Empty out before running!

I often have a problem with needing to go particularly on morning runs and it is quite a nuisance. I try to ensure I completely empty out before running. One thing that has helped with this is to do some quick exercises to get the body moving such as the 100-up exercise. It is a simple exercise which imitates running and usually does the trick quickly. I hope this helps you too!
