Trouble running on toes

I've had problems running on the balls of my feet for a week now. Every time I try to run my feet just give right to my heels.




I've iced them, massaged them, and put other lotions on them and none of them seem to work. I need help I can't even push off when I run on my heels either.

No everything has been the same except I ran for a whole weekend and that's when it started acting up. It was a football camp so it was pretty much non stop for 3 days. My feet were in a lot of pain during the last 2 days.

Sounds like you may have a serious condition. I think you need to seek medical advice. Have you been doing anything different lately? For example, have you switched shoes?
