I run 2ks walk 30 seconds

by Jean Paul
(Montreal, Quebec)

Before I bought my new Garmin Forerunner, I track the time on my watch & run for 10 minutes and walk for about 30 seconds. With Garmin I can follow my distance. Now I like to run for 2 ks and walk 30 seconds. It helps me get my long run done!

Distance Rules!
by: Jackie

Thanks Jean. Your run walk program is similar to mine. I much prefer to use a distance indicator rather than watching the time. It is much easier to set equal breaks for the long run with equal distance breaks. Thanks again for sharing.
