Coconut Water for hydration & recovery

I've been drinking coconut water before, during, and after my runs, especially my most strenuous sprint/interval running and long-distance runs. It has more potassium than 2 bananas and really gives me a boost.
I have done lots of research on coconut water and personal experience tells me that this is my 'sports drink" that I want to use daily.
