I run 2km and walk 1 minute

Before I bought my new Garmin Forerunner, I would follow the 10 minute or 15 minute run program followed by a one minute walk. Since I can now track my distance, I run for 2km and then take a one minute walk break. For me, it is the perfect distance as it falls somewhere between 10 and 15 minutes.
